Welcome to Maneki Sports. By purchasing access to Maneki Sports and/or joining our private Discord server, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Informational Service Only

Maneki Sports provides informational and educational content related to sports betting, including:

• Visibility into bets we personally place
• Commentary and explanations regarding those bets
• General discussion of betting concepts, markets, and strategies

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not provide individualized betting advice, investment advice, or recommendations.

You are not being instructed to place any specific bet. Any betting decisions you make are solely your own. Any explanations provided are intended to describe our own reasoning and are not directives or recommendations.

2. No Sportsbook Affiliation or Betting Services

Maneki Sports:

• Does not accept, place, manage, or facilitate wagers
• Is not a sportsbook, casino, broker, or gambling operator
• Does not process payments for bets or gambling transactions

Any wagers you place are made independently through third-party sportsbooks of your choosing.

3. Membership Eligibility & Access

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee or automatically grant access to the Maneki Sports Discord server.

Maneki Sports operates as an invite-only community with a maximum capacity of 200 members. Before making any purchase, you must:

• Contact a Maneki Sports founder or administrator to confirm that membership capacity has not been reached
• Receive confirmation that a membership slot is available for you

After your purchase is complete, a founder or administrator will manually grant you the necessary roles to access the Discord server. Access is not automatic and may take up to 24 hours to be granted following purchase confirmation.

You are responsible for accurately providing your Discord username at checkout. Incorrectly typed or misspelled usernames may result in delays in receiving access to the Discord server. Maneki Sports is not responsible for access delays caused by inaccurate username information.

If you purchase a subscription without prior confirmation of availability and membership capacity has been reached, you may not receive access. In such cases, please contact us at bets@manekibets.com to request a refund. Refunds for this specific circumstance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these membership conditions.

4. Discord Access & User Responsibility

• All Maneki Sports content is delivered exclusively through our private Discord server
• It is your responsibility to join Discord and maintain access
• Failure to join or remain in the Discord server does not entitle you to a refund

We are not responsible for:

• Discord outages
• Account bans or restrictions imposed by Discord
• User error in accessing the server

5. No Guarantees

• The number, timing, and frequency of bets may vary
• No guarantees of profit, success, or consistency are made
• Past performance does not guarantee future results

Sports betting involves risk, and losses are possible.

6. Responsible Gambling

Maneki Sports strongly encourages responsible gambling.

• Never wager more than you can afford to lose
• Seek professional help if gambling becomes problematic

We are not responsible for financial losses or damages resulting from your betting activity.

7. Subscriber Responsibilities

By using Maneki Sports, you agree that:

• All betting decisions are your own
• You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws
• You will not redistribute, resell, or share Maneki Sports content outside the Discord community

Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Community Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful, high-quality community.

• Harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior is prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove any member at our discretion

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued except where required by law.

10. Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

• Navigate to manekibets.com
• Click "Manage Membership"
• Log in to the Stripe portal by requesting an email link (sent to the email address used during signup)
• Click "Cancel Subscription"

If you experience any issues cancelling your subscription, please reach out in the Maneki Discord server and email us at bets@manekibets.com. We will assist you in cancelling your subscription in a timely manner.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Maneki Sports after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
